The Highlights
- Texas residents only (DFW)
- $17/hr + weekly pay + benefits
- Full-time, Mon–Fri (work any 8-hr shift between (8 AM–10 PM EST)
- Equipment provided (must pick up in Irving, TX)

What You’ll Do
- Be the first line of help for patients via inbound (and some outbound) calls
- Explain prescription benefits and coverage in plain language
- Verify insurance, billing, and medical details with precision
- Partner with carriers to ensure proper medication coverage
- Follow HIPAA and Federal Health Care Program guidelines—every time
What You Bring
- 1+ year of recent call center experience (required, no exceptions)
- Knowledge of medical terminology/prescription benefits (a plus)
- Accuracy & attention to detail—KPIs don’t scare you
- Quiet home workspace and high-speed wired internet (no hotspots)
- Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting skills
- HS Diploma/GED
