Role & Requirements
- Assist patients, caregivers, providers, and pharmacies via calls, emails, and chats
- High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ year customer service experience
- Quiet home workspace with wired high-speed internet (75+ Mbps download, 20+ Mbps upload, latency <50 ms)
- Windows 10/11 PC (Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5+, 8 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD), webcam, headset (no Mac or Chromebooks)
Preferred: Remote experience, Healthcare experience or bilingual (English/Spanish)

Schedule & Hiring: Full-time, 8-hour shifts (12 PM–11 PM ET), 1 weekend day. Training Mon–Fri, 10 AM–6 PM ET. Complete online assessment and submit internet speed test.
