Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our US sales team. As an SDR at ShiftCare, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, qualifying leads, and setting the stage for successful sales conversions. You’ll work closely with our sales team to generate new business opportunities, maintain a high level of pipeline activity, and contribute to our continued growth.
This is a permanent, work-from-home (WFH) position. If you have at least 2 years of B2B SaaS sales experience and are eager to make an impact in a rapidly evolving market, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and prospect potential clients in the US market using a variety of tools, including CRM platforms, email, social media, and phone outreach.
- Qualifying Leads: Conduct discovery calls, understand customer pain points, and qualify leads based on need, budget, and timeline.
- Nurturing Relationships: Build rapport and maintain regular contact with potential customers, ensuring a positive experience throughout the lead generation process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives and other sales team members to transition qualified leads and ensure smooth handoff for further sales engagement.
- Pipeline Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM and meet/exceed monthly lead generation goals.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of ShiftCare’s offerings and the competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
- Feedback Loop: Provide valuable insights to the marketing and sales teams on lead quality, trends, and market demands.
What You’ll Need:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales development or SDR role, with a proven track record of success in outbound lead generation, pipeline development, and closing support.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; the ability to articulate ShiftCare’s value proposition clearly and effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM tools (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and sales outreach platforms.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Relationship Builder: Ability to connect with and understand customer needs, while establishing trust and rapport with prospects.
- Results-Oriented: A strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets, with a passion for driving results and supporting business growth.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to addressing customer challenges and offering tailored solutions.
Preferred (But Not Required):
- Experience in the healthcare or aged care sectors.
- Familiarity with using outreach automation tools.
- Prior experience in working in remote teams.
