Job Summary:

This dual-role position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and supporting office operations. You'll be responsible for front desk duties, phone handling, and upstairs administrative support throughout the week.

Key Responsibilities and Hours:

Monday – Thursday (8:00 AM – 11:00 AM): Front desk
- Answer and manage a multi-line phone system
- Greet and direct customers and visitors
- Keep front desk and waiting areas clean and professional
Monday – Thursday (11:00 AM – 4:00 PM): Office Support
- Assist upstairs office staff with filing, data entry, and scanning
Friday (8:00 AM – 11:00 AM): Front desk only
Saturday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM): Front desk only

Qualifications – Receptionist / Office Assistant:

Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude
Organized, able to multitask, and work independently
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
High school diploma or equivalent required
Willingness to learn dealership software and internal systems
Must be able to work Monday through Thursday 8:00am – 4:00 pm;
Fridays 8:00am – 11:00am and Saturdays 8:00am – 7:00pm
