Service Specialties Inc (SSI), Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing in Chantilly, VA is looking to add an organized Follow-up & Membership Coordinator to our growing team. This position is full-time position and provides continued training and development to make sure you succeed to your fullest potential with a competitive hourly pay plus commission opportunities. SSI, a family-owned service business, is a trusted expert in providing complete indoor air quality, HVAC, and Plumbing comfort solutions to homeowners in the Northern Virginia area since 1979.
Job Role
SSI's Follow-up & Membership Coordinator responsibilities include ensuring all follow-ups are completed in a timely manner. He or she will manage all customer estimates provided by our HVAC Techs and Plumbers and follow-up with customers to schedule recommendations. He or she will accurately set-up and manage HVAC and Plumbing Memberships. Responsibilities also include:
- Follow-up on all open estimates provided by Techs and Plumbers
- Calling 30-50 customers per day
- Commission paid based on closed opportunities
- Accurately update HVAC and Plumbing Memberships
- Maintaining potential candidates for opening positions through recruitment portal
- Preforming phone interviews and scheduling in-person interviews as needed
- Back-up Customer Service Representative when needed
- Answering inbound calls and assisting customers
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal departments
- Special assignments as it relates to Customer Service department
Qualifications
- 1 year minimum of Sales experience
- 3-4 years of office experience minimum
- Must be an independent worker, and self-motivated
- Must have high attention to detail
- Knowledge of HVAC terms is recommended but not a requirement
