Salary Package:
Base salary: 880 EUR per 14 months, 12,320 EUR per annum
Meal Allowance (net): 7.23 EUR per day, 1908.72 EUR per annum
Position Bonus for Braga: 20 EUR gross/month, 240 EUR per annum
Totaling in: 14 468,72 EUR per annum gross
Performance bonus: 170 EUR per 12 months
Health Insurance: Provided from day 1 (free after 6 months)
Working equipment is provided (you'll need to grab the working equipment from the office)
Role Overview: As a Customer Support Advisor for a leading global home furnishings retailer, you will play a crucial role as the first point of contact for our customers, serving as a key brand ambassador. Key Responsibilities:
Professionally and enthusiastically assist customers through inbound calls.
Provide detailed information about products and services, aiming to close sales over the phone.
Support customers with delivery issues, including tracking deliveries, resolving problems, and checking stock availability.
Troubleshoot issues related to account management and software functionality.
Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and actions taken.
