Position Details

Role: Remote Medical Customer Care Specialist (full-time)

Compensation: $16 per hour (weekly pay) plus comprehensive benefits

Training: Paid training provided

Equipment: Company-provided equipment shipped directly to you

Start Date: OCT/NOV?2025

Schedule: Monday through Saturday, 8?AM–10?PM Eastern (flexibility to work any 8-hour shift, including Saturdays)
Responsibilities

Respond to a high volume of inbound calls, with occasional outbound calls as needed

Provide clear and accurate information regarding patient applications and healthcare coverage

Document all interactions in multiple internal systems while following established scripts and procedures

Offer empathetic and professional assistance, ensuring each caller has a positive experience

Collaborate with other departments to ensure callers receive appropriate follow-up and next steps
What You Bring

Experience: At least 1 year of recent customer service in a call center environment is required

Technology: Ability to multi-task with dual monitors and navigate multiple applications

Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, problem-solving, and attention to detail

Environment: Quiet home office with high-speed internet and modem required

Education: High school diploma or GED (healthcare experience is a plus, but not required)
