This role covers the best of both worlds — corporate positions and high-level manufacturing leadership roles (think Plant Managers, Quality, EHS, and more). Hours: day shift Monday-Friday
Salary range: $85K–$90K

What You’ll Do:

Partner with hiring managers across corporate and manufacturing functions.

Source, screen, and interview candidates — from office-based pros to plant leadership.

Manage offers, negotiations, and smooth onboarding experiences.

Build talent pipelines so we’re ready for the next big hire.

Stay sharp on recruiting trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

Success recruiting across corporate roles and/or manufacturing leadership.

A strong communicator who can build trust with managers and candidates alike.

Tech-savvy with ATS tools and adaptable to shifting priorities.
