Summary
Responsible for supporting call outs nationwide, workbrain payroll corrections for the fleet, and administrative tasks. The MinuteClinic Support Coordinator must be able to process call outs in a timely manner and understand the dynamic work environment and unique staffing of retail health clinics. The Support Coordinator will work with their direct supervisor, region coordinators, and field leaders to analyze workbrain payroll corrections related to staffing & scheduling. The Support Coordinator will be required to provide weekend coverage and will require scheduling flexibility to work part-time 20 hours over 4-5 days with work hours varying between 6 AM – 9 PM.
What you will do
- Processing call outs (Clinical & Non-Clinical) of Providers and ancillary staff using a scheduling tool or related software for managing multiple regions/states.
- Ensures workbrain payroll corrections are processed within dates and deadlines per staffing & scheduling. Communicate with field leaders and Region Coordinators to ensure payroll corrections are accurate. Identify trends and making field leaders aware of inconstancies within payroll corrections.
- Maintains/approves provider and ancillary staff profiles in scheduling system and supports maintenance and updates to any provider/ancillary staff information.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$17.00 - $28.46
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
