We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Analyst to join our analytics services company, specializing in B2B and Account Based Marketing (ABM) for technology clients. NowVertical Group is seeking a Senior Marketing Analytics Leader to deliver strategic insights and lead analytics delivery for enterprise marketing clients — including a Fortune 100 Adobe account. You’ll manage a small team, synthesize dashboards into executive-ready narratives, and serve as a trusted advisor for data-driven marketing programs.
This is not a data-wrangling-only role — it’s a high-impact, externally-facing position requiring business acumen, client communication, and leadership maturity.
What you’ll do…
Data Analysis and Modeling:
o Utilize statistically rigorous methodology to perform marketing analysis using demographic, sociographic, credit, and proprietary client-supplied consumer data
o Develop predictive response models using accepted statistical procedures for B2B marketing and ABM strategies
o Apply best practices in data preparation, cleansing, and create predictive and descriptive derived concepts from raw data
o Implement behavioral segmentation and perform market analysis to identify high-value accounts and decision-makers for ABM strategies
Campaign Optimization:
o Analyze campaign performance and conduct funnel analysis to optimize lead generation and conversion rates
o Apply experimental design methodology to develop multi-variate testing strategies in B2B marketing contexts
o Provide data-driven recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness and ROI
Reporting and Communication:
o Create and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and visualize marketing performance for technology clients
o Communicate program performance results and insights to marketing and business staff of client companies
Strategic Recommendations:
o Evaluate and recommend martech solutions to enhance clients' B2B marketing capabilities
o Translate complex B2B data and analytical insights into actionable marketing strategies
Leadership:
o Mentor and manage at least one direct report, fostering their B2B analytics skills and professional growth
o Participate in leadership and development training for the global team
Ability to work with clients to determine the best approach to answer business questions and identify actionable insights. Experience applying statistical procedures to database marketing or market research. Advanced degree or equivalent experience in statistics, applied mathematics, scientific, or engineering field. Expert knowledge in experimental design, SAS programming, SPSS, R, Python, SQL, or other statistical analysis tools. Advanced use of Tableau, PowerBI, Business Objects. Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console and automated data extract procedures. Ability to work with client side contacts, present results in professional meetings, communicate business opportunities resulting from analytical work.
Required Enterprise B2B Marketing experience:
1. Analyzing enterprise marketing initiatives like content syndication, live events, webinars, web, LinkedIn, paid media and email.
2. Measuring marketing impact on sales pipeline, including lead generation, engagement, deal acceleration.
3. Using data from systems like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Marketo, Salesforce or MS Dynamics
4. Developing dashboards in tools like PowerBI, Tableau or Lookr
5. Producing ad hoc reports with SQL, R or Python
Additional Skills:
· Model development
· Experience with AI and ML tools
· Experience in database design, structure creation, data cleansing algorithms
· Extensive experience in data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau
· Comfortable communicating directly with RA staff about client needs and objectives
· Ability to critically think through client requests: identify objective, troubleshoot obstacles, and deliver in timely manner
