As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building relationships with decision-makers (including CEOs), and driving revenue growth through consultative selling. This is a high-ticket, B2B sales role focused on long-term pipeline development rather than quick transactional wins.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients in markets such as New York and Chicago
- Engage in consultative conversations with senior executives and handle objections confidently
- Build and manage a sales pipeline with a focus on long-term relationship development
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress using CRM tools
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions
Work Schedule
Monday - Friday 9AM - 7PM EST
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience
- Background in financial services, recruitment, or similar industries is preferred
- Strong communication skills with a neutral or minimal accent
- Proven ability to handle rejection and maintain resilience in high-pressure environments
- Comfortable speaking with C-level executives and navigating complex sales cycles
- Self-motivated, mature, and capable of working independently in a remote setting
