RemX is seeking experienced Licensed Life and Health Insurance agents to join our reputable client.

Location: Fully Remote, equipment provided
• Training hours = M-F, 7:30am-4:00pm CST/ 8:30am-5:00pm EST-virtual
• Contact Center Hours of Operation: Monday thru Friday 7:45am to 7pm EST
• Schedules are determined with Work Force Management Department during first few weeks in training.
Salary: $42,000 – $53,0000 annually
Basic Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation, Inbound calls from Third party transfers, TV Commercial Leads, Existing Customers (billing issues, changes to current policies, increased coverage request), Direct Mail Offers, Internet Shoppers
- Monthly Bonus opportunity based on service and sales metrics set for the agents. Agents are eligible for bonus once they are productive on the phones.
- Average call volume per day=30-40 calls / Average call handle time= 9-15 mins
