We are seeking experienced Call Center Representatives to join a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical client. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and providers, helping with prior authorizations, insurance coordination, and medication access. This is a meaningful opportunity where your skills will directly support patient care.
Position: Remote Medical Call Center Representative
Pay: $16/hr. | Weekly Pay + Benefits
Hours of Operation: 7am–8pm CST, Mon–Fri (must be available for any 8-hour shift assigned within these hours)
Equipment: Provided. All candidates must pick up equipment in Irving, TX.
Projected Start Date: September
Must-Haves (No Exceptions)

At least 1 full year of recent, traditional call center experience

Must live in Grand Prairie or surrounding areas and be able to pick up equipment in Irving, TX

High-speed internet with a wired connection (no mobile hot-spots)

Ability to work full scheduled shifts in a private, quiet, distraction-free workspace
Job Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and conduct outbound follow-ups as needed

Assist patients and providers with prior authorizations, insurance verification, and prescription coverage

Accurately update patient and provider records

Maintain compliance with HIPAA and Federal Health Care Program requirements
