Join our Fortune 500 pharmaceutical client as an experienced Call Center Representative. This remote role focuses on helping patients gain access to their medications by supporting prior authorizations, coordinating with insurance carriers, and resolving prescription coverage issues. Your call center expertise will help ensure patients receive the care they need.
Position: Remote Medical Call Center Representative
Pay: $16/hr. | Weekly Pay + Benefits
Hours of Operation: 7am–8pm CST, Mon–Fri (must be available for any 8-hour shift assigned within these hours)
Equipment: Provided. All candidates must pick up equipment in Irving, TX.
Projected Start Date: September
Must-Haves (No Exceptions)

At least 1 full year of recent, traditional call center experience

Must live in Garland or surrounding areas and be able to pick up equipment in Irving, TX

High-speed internet with a wired connection (no mobile hot-spots)

Ability to work full scheduled shifts in a private, quiet, distraction-free workspace
Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and make outbound follow-ups when necessary

Support patients and providers with prior authorizations, insurance verification, and medication access

Record all interactions with accuracy and attention to detail

Follow HIPAA guidelines and Federal Health Care Program standards
