Pay: $23/hr. Remote Call Center Leader
Schedule: 8am-10pm CST Time. M-F (8hr Shift will be scheduled)
**MUST RESIDE IN FLORIDA**
Equipment provided and shipped directly to you
Projected Start Date: OCTOBER 2025!
What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading and energizing a remote team every day

Coaching, mentoring, and celebrating wins

Tracking performance and keeping everyone on target

Solving challenges and keeping things running smoothly

Building a culture of teamwork, accountability, and FUN
Requirements: MUST have at least 1 year or more of RECENT Leadership/Supervisor experience.

Prior team lead experience in a call center (remote a plus!)
- Recent call center experience a plus but not required

Strong communicator who can motivate and connect virtually

Organized, reliable, and quick to problem-solve

Comfortable with tech and remote collaboration tools
- Must have High Speed internet with MODEM access.
