Job Title: Remote Healthcare Benefits Rep
- Pay: $17/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits
- Paid Training!!!
- Equipment Provided and shipped to your home
- FLORIDA State Residents ONLY
- Schedule: 8am-10pm EST. M-Fri. (Must be able to work ANY 8hr Shift between these hours)
- Projected Start Date: Early OCTOBER 2025
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process prior authorization requests for medical procedures, medications, and services in accordance with insurance guidelines and clinical criteria.
- Verify patient eligibility, benefits, and coverage with insurance carriers.
- Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, pharmacies, and insurance companies to gather required documentation.
- Ensure all prior authorization requests are completed accurately and within required time frames.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and company policies while handling sensitive patient information.
- Accurately document all authorization activities in the system for tracking and audit purposes.
Qualifications: Must have 1 year or more of verifiable/RECENT experience in Medical benefits or prior authorization experience.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance claims, and benefits verification.
- Ability to manage high call volumes and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex insurance/benefits information clearly.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to handle confidential information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Must have high speed internet with Modem access(MOBILE HOTSPOTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED)
