Job Description:
As an Enterprise Billing Specialist at Pitney Bowes, you will exercise strong customer support with an individual focused on servicing Pitney Bowes' largest clients. As the primary owner of the accounts, you will work closely with Sales and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy in Invoicing, account maintenance, collections, Sales Support, and addressing client inquiries and requests accurately.
You enjoy working collaboratively with Sales and other internal partners to ensure that we provide intentional and appropriate service for our most valuable clients at Pitney Bowes.
You will:
- Act as the one point of contact for Pitney Bowes' largest Enterprise clients
- Create and send invoices on a timely basis
- Create and maintain spreadsheets and manual portal billing via Microsoft Excel
- Generate customer correspondence, working with clients to maintain accurate client account information in all applicable systems
- Work directly with the client on resolving past due invoicing and collecting in all buckets of the portfolios, inclusive of escalations
- Work with all business lines to resolve disputes and collect
- Support the Sales team with client account requests and in maintaining a positive relationship with the client
- Handle Account cleansing, which includes payment application and reconciliation, PO, cost center updates, Fleet management data, PBI, and Purchase Power
- Processing all data entry and keystrokes required to address client issues
Your background
As an Enterprise Billing Specialist, you have:
- Experience with client relationship management, ensuring satisfaction and success through effective communication and problem-solving
- The ability to work autonomously with clients, Sales, internal departments, and stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report client health metrics to measure success and identify potential challenges
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work with clients at various levels, including day-to-day contacts and mid-level managers
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and the ability to handle shifting priorities
The wage range for this position is $21 / hour, with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job.
Location:
This is a fully remote role with a requirement to work aligned to the Eastern Time Zone (Monday - Friday; between 7am - 6pm based on business need)
