Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating positive experiences for others? Nuvia is seeking dedicated individuals to join our Inbound Call Router team. As a member of this team, you will play a crucial role in assisting patients by connecting them with the right person who can help them, all while maintaining the highest standards of patient experience.
Role: Inbound Call Router
Location: Remote
Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound phone calls within 1-2 rings, ensuring a Nuvia standard patient experience.
- Communicate efficiently and effectively with patients to understand their needs.
- Solve problems quickly and urgently to find the correct personnel to forward/transfer the call.
- Provide accurate information, including follow-up contact details.
- Update patient chart notes whenever there is communication with a patient.
- Manage the company’s “messaging inbox” for patients who respond to a 3-day pump-up automation.
- Familiarize and stay up-to-date with the phone systems and company software/programs.
- Learn and keep current with NOS and other software programs used within the company.
- Understand the Nuvia 24z process and stay informed about changes within the company to ensure accurate information is given to incoming callers.
- Perform any other tasks as required by your manager.
Requirements:
- Availability for at least 40 hours a week.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
- Possess high social intelligence to navigate complex situations with patients, other callers, and team members.
- Be proactive in problem-solving issues that arise with patients.
