Client Relations Analyst
The Client Relations Analyst works with advisors and line-of-business specialists to analyze client data, evaluate needs, and help create effective risk management solutions designed to meet clients’ financial goals. Additionally, analysts play a critical role in the enrollment process, working closely with sales agents and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of applications submitted on behalf of new clients.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Develop close working relationships with sales agents to ensure the smooth enrollment of new clients.
- Handle a high volume of new client enrollments daily.
- Verify all client information for accuracy from applications completed by sales agents.
- Determine the correct voice signature scripts for all policies and communicate them to clients on a recorded line.
- Submit online applications directly to the Health Insurance Marketplace and multiple other insurance carriers.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail to avoid errors in application submissions.
- Complete additional assigned tasks as required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn other appropriate software systems.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail to handle client enrollment effectively.
Technical & Computer Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to learn any other appropriate program or software system used by the firm as necessary
