Compensation for this position is $16-$17 per hour plus commission. Our top performers are earning $80-90k annually!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct 200+ outbound calls/day to prospective customers to introduce products and services.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our product offerings to address customer inquiries effectively.
- Encourage the customer to receive a competitive quote from a licensed agent
- Engage in warm calling strategies to build rapport with potential clients.
- Meet or exceed daily call quotas while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must live AZ
- High-Volume Calling: Experience in outbound/inbound sales, telemarketing, or call centers.
- Metrics-Driven: Proven success in exceeding performance targets.
- Team Player: Work independently while collaborating with sales teams.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport, handle objections, and persuade prospects to proceed with a quote.
- Resilience & Adaptability: Maintain a positive and goal-driven attitude while handling objections and rejections.
