Pay Range: $20-$21.50/hr on W2, 40 Hrs/Week
Job Description:

Provide first-level troubleshooting and basic technical support to end-users of computers and related technologies. This role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues, as well as providing training and follow-up support.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Troubleshooting:
- Diagnose and resolve computer errors, software, hardware, and networking issues for end-users.
- Technical Support:
- Provide timely and effective technical support to resolve user problems and inquiries.
- User Training:
- Train users on computer setup and new technologies as required.
- Installation & Configuration:
- Install, configure, and update software and operating systems.
- Hardware Maintenance:
- Clean and perform basic repairs on computer hardware.
- Follow-Up:
- Follow up with users to ensure issues are fully resolved and provide additional support as needed.
- Escalation:
- Refer more complex issues to higher-level IT staff.
Experience and Education
- Supervision:
- Performs work under direct supervision.
- Problem Complexity:
- Handles basic issues and problems; escalates advanced issues.
