Salary: $52K Activity Pay Bonus Up to $27K+ On Target Earnings $97K

What you will be doing:
As the Appointment Setter, The Focus of this role is to turn warm leads into qualified appointments. By call, text and get in touch with 25+ warm leads per day.
Appointment Setter Role – PASS/FAIL Qualifications
- Can reliably take calls Monday–Thursday from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM MST and
- Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM MST
- Must currently be in Over the Phone exclusive appointment setting currently and have a Minimum 1+ years experience
- NOT an account manager or customer support role.
- Makes 60+ Dials per day in current role
- Phone Talk time is 3.5+ hours per day, consistently, in current or most recent job
- Has B2C (Business to Consumer) experience (NOT B2B)
- Has Experience as High ticket appointment setter. High ticket $3K+
- Has not had more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years
- Has not been self-employed within the past 6 months
- In current or most recent role, had specific performance metrics / KPIs they were accountable for
- Has received personal, professional, or athletic recognition within the last 2 years (e.g., top salesperson, employee of the month, sports awards, etc.)
- Follows a defined call flow or script provided by employer — with real accountability for non-compliance
- Required to input specific data into a CRM system for every call
- Manages CRM data accurately — No logging at end of day or skipping entries
- In current or most recent role, regularly made multiple follow-up contacts per day (calls + texts) with the same contact
- Extroverted personality — enjoys talking to people on the phone
- Speaks with confidence and competence
- Accepts coaching and implements feedback quickly

- Handle 25 new leads per day while following up with the pipeline of leads
- Phone Talk time 3.5 +hours per day

Experience you need / Key Technical Skills:
- CRM - Some experience with Contact management software ( Hubspot, sales force ect) Phone System
- Phone System- Experience with VOIP phone system ( Voice over IP or Soft phone)
- Phone Skills: demonstrate a track record of calling over the phone. Answering questions with Confidence and putting callers at ease
- Ability to follow the Script
- Ability to Grind having the same conversation with multiple people in the same script day after day with consistency.
