Coordinator Role

We are seeking a Department Coordinator that has experience working with Flood Insurance Claims coupled with strong Admin. Skills.
Job Responsibilities: The Flood Department Coordinator will support our flood operational teams which include our inside examination, outside examination, field operations, recruitment, dispatch, and FACP. The ideal candidate is an adaptable team player who displays our core values, has extreme ownership, can leverage data and reporting to provide recommendations, oversee multiple projects, and take on challenges with a positive attitude. The role will primarily involve the following;
- Flood field Administrative Support
- Flood Dispatch coordination & Workload Management
- Ad hoc Reporting and Analysis
- Diary/Task generation, Distribution and Tracking
- Special Projects
- Examination support for Payroll/Invoicing
- SLA/S Tracking and Reporting
- Examiner outreach
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or GED
- 2-3 years experience working with Flood Insurance Claims
- Experience dispatching insurance claims
- Working knowledge of FEMA
- Excellent PC skills; Microsoft office, excel
- Above average verbal and communications skills
- FCN card a plus
