As an Appointment Setter / Call Center Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our prospective clients. Your job will be to make outbound calls, follow up on marketing leads, and schedule appointments for our Sales Representatives. This role is essential to driving new business and helping our team operate at peak performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to business prospects using our lead lists and CRM system (Monday.com).
- Introduce Best Lights and generate interest in our energy-efficient lighting solutions.
- Qualify leads by gathering basic information and identifying needs
- Set clear, accurate appointments for Sales Representatives and confirm meetings.
- Follow up with warm leads via phone, text, or email as needed.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions within Monday.com CRM.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and conversion goals.
Qualifications
- Friendly, clear, and professional phone manner.
- Self-motivated, persistent, and comfortable making outbound calls.
- Organized and detail-oriented with solid note-taking habits.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (preferred but not required).
- Previous experience in appointment setting, customer service, or call center work a plus.
- Fluent in English and capable of communicating with a U.S.-based client base.
