As a Loan Servicing Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role as the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing outstanding support and guidance throughout the loan servicing process. Working closely with the Supervisor of Loan Servicing and in collaboration with team leads across multiple departments, you’ll ensure the timely, accurate handling of customer inquiries and tasks.
This role requires a high level of professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail, as you’ll be the “voice of the customer” within the organization. You’ll be expected to uphold Credit9’s service standards by delivering a consistent, solutions-focused experience that reflects our commitment to excellence. All responsibilities must be carried out in alignment with company policies and procedures, under the direction of the department supervisor.
Location: Remote- Must reside within the U.S.
Compensation: $18.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all customer interactions via telephone, email, chat, and text.
- Support Loan Servicing teams as assigned.
- Meet daily and monthly goals.
- Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Professionally handle escalated customer service issues.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Customer Service experience with a focus on Loan Servicing.
- Call center experience required.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
- Loan Servicing, specifically for unsecured, debt consolidation, and personal loans.
- Proficiency with MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and Google Workspace.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Superior multi-tasking skills.
- Professional presentation and demeanor.
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
