Title: Customer Success SupportContractor
Type: Independent Contractor (Remote)
Estimated Hours: 10–20 hours/week (flexible)
Reports to: Executive Director
Greenways Academy is seeking a customer-focused contractor to manage and support HubSpot call workflows. The contractor will be responsible for initiating, tracking, and following up on prospective student/family inquiries via the HubSpot CRM, ensuring timely and consistent communication, and helping optimize our outreach strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make and receive calls through HubSpot’s integrated phone system
- Log all interactions, outcomes, and relevant notes in HubSpot
- Follow up with inquiries and warm leads per internal timelines
- Collaborate with enrollment and support teams to ensure smooth handoffs
- Assist in refining call scripts and sequences for higher conversion
- Report weekly on lead status, call metrics, and engagement trends
- Provide feedback on how to improve call processes and efficiency
Qualifications:
- Proven experience using HubSpot CRM (or similar platforms)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and hit performance goals
- Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-up sequences
- Familiarity with virtual K–12 education is a plus
