In this role, you'll provide comprehensive recruitment support across various contracts and positions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Adaptability is key; recruiters must be ready to pivot quickly to meet client needs.
Compensation: $16.20 per hour + bonus plan
This position is open to remote candidates. Being local to the London, KY or McAllen, TX location is a plus.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, with two or more years of professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Highly collaborative, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to navigate a large, complex organization to achieve results.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including pre-screening and interviewing abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Ability to learn new systems, including HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). iCIMS experience is a plus.
- Team player who is flexible and adaptable to rapid change.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Willingness to work after hours and weekends as needed to meet client needs.
- Ability to pass all pre-employment tests, including drug screening and background checks.
Hours: Monday to Friday, with shifts between 8 AM to 7 PM. Additional hours, including weekends, may be required to meet client needs.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough pre-screening of all assigned candidates, managing a high volume of applicants and communications.
- Administer assessment tests and conduct interviews using behavioral questions via phone or virtual meeting platforms.
- Track and manage candidate information using spreadsheets, ATS, and other software.
- Meet and exceed recruitment goals and metrics.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to candidates, employees, and team members.
- Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Network within the community to establish relationships with key partners.
- Adhere to all regulations, ensuring a fair and equitable recruitment process.
- Perform additional duties as required.
