MMI currently has an opening for a Bilingual (Spanish) Call Center Customer Service Representative for our First Contact team. This position is full-time work from home.

What will you do in this role?
At MMI, our Call Center Representatives establishes the initial rapport with our potential clients who have contacted us for financial counseling services. You will help them understand our services, set up accounts and in general connect them to others in our organization as needed. You will work with a team of all remote representatives in our virtual call center.
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Previous call center customer service experience
- Ability to fluently speak in Spanish and English regarding financial matters
- Have a quiet, private place in your home to work with reliable internet. We will provide the equipment you will need to do your job.
Starting Pay is $16.35 base. In addition, you will get .75/hour for bilingual skill. If your shift begins at 11am your time or later, there is an additional .75/hour shift differential.
Work hours after training will be Noon – 9pm Central Time, Monday – Friday.
This is a full-time position which includes access to our benefits package including medical, dental, vision and a 401k plan.
