The pay range for a Customer Service Agent is $37,440 - $54,080 / year based on experience
What You Will Do:
The Client Service Agent plays a vital role in supporting the Transportation Department by assisting Account Managers, Producers, and the Department Manager with a variety of daily service tasks. Key responsibilities include:
- Processing certificates of insurance
- Setting up and managing finance contracts
- Ordering and processing Motor Vehicle Reports (MVRs)
- Assisting with policy renewal preparation
- Supporting billing and payment follow-up
- Routing incoming calls and emails to the appropriate team members
- Maintaining accurate documentation and system updates in AMS
- Assisting with both internal and external communications

While a license is not required to start, we are committed to helping you grow in this role by covering the cost of exam fees and enrolling you in the necessary pre-licensing courses. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative, team-first mindset. The ideal candidate will take pride in delivering outstanding support and contributing to the success of a high-performing team.
Key Attributes:
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative support role
- Clear, professional communication skills—both written and verbal
- Strong time management with a self-starter attitude
- Proficient in computer applications such as email, Excel, Word, and web-based systems
- Professional and composed when interacting with clients and colleagues
- Adaptable and able to remain steady under pressure
- Team-oriented and willing to take initiative to support others
Preferred Attributes:
- Insurance industry experience is helpful but not required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
