Collections Specialist – Remote (Arizona Residents Only)

Remote (Must currently live in Arizona)
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Arizona time)
Pay Rate:
$20 – $22/hour (DOE)
About the Role:
We’re hiring a Collections Specialist to join a high-volume B2B collections team. This is a remote role, but only candidates currently residing in Arizona will be considered due to internal team structure and training needs. If you’re a self-starter with recent B2B collections experience and enjoy fast-paced environments, we’d love to connect.
- Key Responsibilities:Handle a high volume of outbound collection calls (up to 50/day) to business clients
- Manage and monitor aging reports to ensure timely payments
- Follow up on past due accounts, resolve discrepancies, and escalate when necessary
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to resolve customer billing or payment issues
- Maintain detailed notes and documentation of collection activities in system
- Use tools like SAP and AS400 to research accounts and update statuses
- What We’re Looking For:Minimum 2 years of recent B2B collections experience (Required)
- Experience with SAP and AS400 is strongly preferred
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and managing multiple accounts
- Professional, clear communication style and strong follow-through
- Must be highly organized and self-motivated in a remote environment
- Resides in Arizona and available to work standard AZ hours

Pay Details:$20.00 to $22.00 per hour
