QUALIFICATIONS
- Must reside within one of the following US states: AL, AK, FL, GA, IN, IA, MN, MO, NC, PA, TN, TX, UT
- Must have 2 plus years experience in fast-paced tele-sales required
- Proven ability to be productive from home
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Professional phone presentation, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
- One call close experience strongly preferred
COMPUTER REQUIREMENTS
We do require our remote employees to provide their own tech and work in a designated home office where you will not be at risk of being overheard. As we are a financial institution, you will be discussing and collecting sensitive information.
- RAM = Minimum 8 GB (16GB RAM preferred)
- Internet Requirements: Minimum 25 Mbps Download Minimum 5 Mbps Upload
- Operating System: Windows or Mac (No Linux)
COMPENSATION
Paid training- we offer a supportive new hire commission plan that will transition into a lucrative long term commission plan after 120 days.
Uncapped commission where successful sales closers are earning $100,000 - $200,000 per year.
