Remote Status: RemoteUnifyCX is growing and we are expanding into San Antonio! We are looking for experienced Customer Service and Support Representatives to join our motivated and ambitious Work from Home team!
Pay and Perks:
- Base Pay: $16.50 per hour to start.
- $17.00 upon completion of training.
- $17.50 at 6-month mark.
- $18.00 at 1 year mark.

Program hours are 7am to 7pm Monday through Thursday and 7am to 5pm on Fridays.

Classroom Training Hours: M-F - 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Classroom Training duration: 2-3 weeks
What Will You Do?
As a Customer Service and Support Representative, you will be the front line in providing a remarkable experience for our members and providers. Our Customer Service and Support Reps are responsible for answering all inbound customer support inquiries regarding new and existing member and provider accounts. The overall goal of each experience is to effectively diagnose customer needs to ensure all are addressed including benefit eligibility and claim status.
Ideal candidates for this position will be outgoing, intelligent, dependable, and ready to take their career to the next level with a growing company. We are seeking individuals who have outstanding customer service skills and are eager to put a smile into every interaction.
**This position will be Work From Home; however, you must reside in San Antonio, TX to be considered**
In this position, you will:
- Effectively communicate with members and providers over the phone and through email to ensure all needs are addressed.
- Provide extraordinary customer service to build positive rapport on every interaction.
- Help customers understand their eligibility of benefits and claim status.
- Assist in Open Enrollment by answering questions and educating members.
- Manage your time effectively to keep up with the incoming calls from the queue.
- Accurately document information exchanged during each call.
- Other duties as assigned.
Who You Are:
To be considered, candidates are expected to have the following:
- Previous experience in a customer service position, preferably in the healthcare field is a plus.
- Healthcare experience is a plus.
- Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Exceptional attention-to-detail
