Customer Service Representative (Part-Time / Work From Home)

$14 an hour – Part-time
Job Summary:
Revamped Home Security, a fast-growing ADT Authorized Dealer, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our upbeat and customer-focused team. This is a remote (work-from-home) position, with one week of in-person training required at our Dallas, TX office.
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Pay:
- $14.00 per hour
- Part-time position
Location:
- Remote / Work from home after 1 week of in-person training in Dallas, TX
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Process and manage customer payments
- Support customers with ADT account-related inquiries
- Accept and manage customer accounts from sales representatives
- Schedule service appointments as needed
Qualifications:
- Outgoing, friendly personality
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and with customers
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude
