We aim to provide a seamless, transparent, and user-friendly experience for our customers. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Customer Service/Sales Representative who can combine excellent customer support with a proactive sales approach to ensure customer satisfaction and help drive business growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers with inquiries, providing detailed information about services, pricing, and policies via phone, email, and live chat.
- Handle customer concerns and issues with empathy, resolving problems quickly and effectively while maintaining a positive brand experience.
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during customer interactions, helping customers find additional services that meet their needs.
- Guide customers through the booking process, ensuring they select the right services and providers for their needs.
- Build strong relationships with customers, enhancing customer loyalty and encouraging repeat business.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system, ensuring accurate records and timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving customer acquisition and retention.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to management on common customer concerns, service trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably in a service-oriented or tech-based industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Proven ability to upsell and cross-sell services effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software, customer support tools, and sales platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to handle high call volume and manage multiple inquiries at once.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience in the home services industry is a plus, but not required.
- A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues from different departments.
