Automated Health Systems, a dynamic healthcare company, is looking to hire full-time and part-time remote call center professionals to join its team. Candidates MUST reside in the state of Missouri and reside at least 100 miles outside of the St. Louis Metro area. (i.e., Springfield, Joplin, St. Joseph, Kansas City, etc.)

Responsibilities:
- Assisting individuals and families gain access to health care services.
- Providing accurate and consistent information.
- Documenting calls and creating workflows.
- Providing quality customer service and support.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications for the position include:
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for helping people.
- Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn new applications.
- Ability to handle high call volume in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain confidentiality of personal health information.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in call center customer service position required.
- Understanding of MO Medicaid Programs preferred.
- Associate degree in related field preferred.
- Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish) preferred.
- **MUST RESIDE IN THE STATE OF MISSOURI AND BE AT LEAST 100 MILES OUTSIDE OF ST. LOUIS TO QUALIFY FOR REMOTE WORK**
