Job Responsibilities
- Demonstrate proficiency with all aspects of inbound, outbound, and chat appointment scheduling across various dealership clients and using multiple scheduling platforms and client-provided guidelines.
- Develop a specialization in one or more key client accounts to deliver elite service that exceeds client expectations
- Understand Call Control’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to consistently meet and exceed all required metrics and quotas necessary to achieve company productivity standards
- Assist with maintenance of internal customer database and keeping contact information up to date
- Complete outbound business to business cold calls to schedule demonstrations of our services
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and 1 on 1 sessions to be coached, monitored, and supported by Call Control leadership
- Maintain reliable transportation to and from work
- Follow all safety regulations and procedures
- Assist training team with shadowing and role playing as needed
Position Requirements
- Be able to type 35+ words per minute
- Previous customer service and office experience
- Demonstrated experience with de-escalation and conflict management
- Excellent phone, organizational, written, and oral skills
Schedule/Availability
Flexible Hours, Monday through Friday (Remote)
