Duties/Responsibilities:
• Process orders and provide clerical support to the Exhibitor Services Function
• Resolve issues both internally and with exhibitors
• Provide customer service support for exhibitor clients
• Enter sensitive information such as credit cards utilizing a high level of confidentiality
• Sorting and filing of digital paperwork as instructed
• Provide first class service in a call center environment
• Handle customer inquiries with appropriate and timely follow through
• Auditing and special projects as needed
Education/Experience:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years data entry - 45 key strokes per minute, 10-key preferred
Skills/Competencies:
• Strong organizational, problem solving and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Word processing proficiency – Microsoft Word and Excel
• Familiar with Oracle based software a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Data Entry
• Can take initiative
• Dependable, flexible
• Highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Can work well independently and as a team player

• Desk/Office environment
• Continuous use of computer
