We’re looking for an experienced Revenue Operations Specialist to join our Business Operations team. Reporting to the Business Systems & Analytics Director, you’ll be bridging the gap between the Revenue and Finance teams, with a key focus on process improvement and data accuracy.
A day in the life as a Revenue Operations Specialist:
- Manage the end-to-end process for handling closed deals, ensuring accurate account, subscription, and contract data to support precise billing and seamless cross-functional communication; collaborate with SMEs on process improvements.
- Oversee the ongoing CRM management of existing customer accounts, including subscription modifications, cancellations, and contract renewals/increases, ensuring accurate billing and effective cross-team communication. This includes directly processing changes and contract adjustments in collaboration with sales, finance, and customer success teams.
- Track hardware order fulfilment & order processing to ensure timely shipments & clear cross-team communications.
- Utilize reporting and data analysis to continuously monitor revenue operations processes, identifying gaps, opportunities for efficiency improvements, and areas for enhanced data accuracy and integrity.
- Participate in the development and analysis of internal commission plans as requested.
In the first year, you’ll be successful at reaching these milestones:
- Complete an account review for all accounts to review proper data for contracts & subscriptions.
- Possess a comfortable understanding of all revenue-related processes, including unique and complex partner-reseller workflows.
- Completion of collaborative process improvement projects related to revenue management, with a tangible increase in data accuracy.

- I have knowledge of revenue operations within SaaS
- I gained my knowledge through 3+ years of professional experience in a relevant role
- I have worked with subscription-based billing or within a reseller partner environment; direct experience with revenue recognition or contract management is a plus
- I have hands-on experience within Salesforce CRM and report creation
- I am comfortable with data validation, qualitative and quantitative reporting, and supporting process improvement initiatives
- I have proven experience managing projects and strategic initiatives related to revenue operations / billing
- I have worked with tools such as Metabase, Tableau, etc.
- I’m extra passionate about refining processes, automating repetitive tasks, and contributing to long-term operational improvements
- I’m willing to occasionally travel and have a valid passport and no travel restrictions that limit my ability to cross the border between Canada and the USA (and Vietnam if required for role).
- I thrive in an agile environment that is constantly changing and encourages team members to collectively collaborate and communicate
- I love to be directly involved in projects and initiatives that offer continued learning and endless opportunity to express my ideas and build my leadership skills
