What you’ll be doing
Have a passion for bringing value and contribution to people management agendas? Looking to making an impact on a company and its employees? You'll support assigned business units and leaders to strategically address Talent needs. They develop and implement talent initiatives in support of key business goals and strategies. They proactively identify talent initiatives that will substantially enhance bottom line results and improve employee-related gross margins. Over time, they establish themselves as an indispensable member of the leadership team.
You'll report to Director, Human Capital. Our Human Capital Advisory team partners closely with Operations leaders to provide thoughtful and strategic recommendations to the business that aim to improve employee satisfaction and performance, achieve business outcomes, and ensure equitable treatment across the organization.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
- Understand all key business initiatives and goals for each supported business area.
- Deliver talent solutions to challenges affecting the success of the business.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding talent initiatives to the business.
- Develop a 'Trusted Advisor' relationship with key leaders at multiple levels.
- Partner with and leverage COE teams across human capital, total rewards, development, payroll, talent acquisition, and legal.
- Partner with regional HC partners across the globe to ensure alignment of market trends and local labor laws compliance
- Leverage reporting and data to drive analytics to better understand talent aligned to business results.
- Participate in leadership meetings and drive the talent agenda.
- Participate in project teams for company driven initiatives requiring a human capital perspective.
- Conduct HC virtual roadshows to educate leaders on important topics relative to their employee populations
- Reporting support and analysis on employee engagement, attrition, and other data points related to the employee lifecycle
- Analyze organizational structure, responsibilities, teamwork, capabilities of incumbents, business or operating procedures, reporting relationships, processes, and ways of working to devise the most efficient methods of accomplishing work.
- Typical responsibilities may include process analysis and improvement initiatives (Change Management) as well as developing methods for measuring the effectiveness of all programs that support organizational development. May partner with other HR COEs to develop, assess, facilitate, and/or lead organizational development interventions, programs, and processes to support business objectives and strategy implementation.
What You Bring to the Role
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 6 years of related HR experience
- Experience in SHRM or continued education
- Strong experience in multiple HR disciplines (total rewards, performance management, employee relations, etc.).
- Proven ability to build relationships of trust with leadership (Director and Manager level) and influence leaders and teams of differing viewpoints to create positive outcomes
- Working knowledge of HRIS systems & system savvy with strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Passion for customer engagement and employee experience
- Strong analytical skills and proven experience utilizing data to help make business decisions
