Job Description
This is a full-time remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S. Applicants must have current and ongoing authorization to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
- Handles cases related to fee schedules for workers' compensation and auto insurance received through Salesforce.
- Works in Salesforce to keep tickets up to date.
- Ensures compliance with fee schedules and state reporting.
- Responds to customer product inquiries via telephone or in written internet-based email or chat sessions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 1- 2 Years of Experience with Workers' Comp and Fee Schedules
- CPT/HCPCS Coding knowledge required
- General Medical Industry (Worker’s Compensation or Auto a plus)
- Knowledge and understanding of basic Medical Billing practices and rules.
- Ability to change tasks/systems frequently.

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $52,719 - $70,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
