What You’ll be Doing
Looking for an opportunity to create a positive employee experience through facilities management? You’ll proactively manage complete facility maintenance of building/sites. You’ll focus on the condition of the space in coordination with vendors. You’ll coordinate with the site facilities head as well as other team members to ensure standards and key performance indicators are being met.You’ll work with leadership for guidelines for space management and conduct overall space planning, including furniture moves, reconfiguration and ongoing process improvement.
You'll report to the Manager, Logistics & Fulfillment. You’ll affect the business, the teams you support, and the various departments that you partner with on a consistent basis through facilities management.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
- Developing, mentoring, coaching, and performance of Technicians/Sr. Technicians to meet and continuously improve both TTEC and client technology metrics and requirements
- Recommend, coordinate, schedule, test, implement and document applications/systems upgrades in order to remain on current levels of software utilized in the supported sites
- Provides guidance, support and problem resolutions to Technicians/Sr. Technicians on more complex issues
- Work collaboratively with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations
- Work with the Logistics Manager to strategically manage and organize the warehouse in compliance with company’s policies ad vision
- Communicates regularly with FedEx
Physical Requirements
- Able to list and/or maneuver up to 50 lbs.
- Able to bend, stoop, sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work in a warehouse environment

Compensation
The anticipated range is $54,000/annual salary. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
