You will be the Precision Fires ITE Integration, Test, and Evaluation Analyst for the Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire control team in Dallas, TX. Our team is responsible for supporting Production Test Engineering activities across all Precision Fires programs, ensuring the successful development and production of our products.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Precision Fires ITE Integration, Test, and Evaluation Analyst, you will be responsible for processing and analyzing data from production tests, field tests, and flight tests to support program development and production. You will develop data analytics to monitor trends and identify areas for improvement, and provide ad hoc analysis to support proposal activities, CAM efforts, and troubleshooting.
Your responsibilities will include:
Processing and analyzing data from production tests, field tests, and flight tests
Developing data analytics to monitor trends and identify areas for improvement
Building reports in Tableau or Excel to support program development and production
Supporting proposal activities, CAM efforts, and analysis of data to troubleshoot and mitigate identified failure modes
Supporting integration tests in the lab or field, as required
Traveling to Camden, AR and/or other facilities up to 25% of the time

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in STEM-related or equivalent professional experience
Experience with data base language
Experience with building reports in Tableau or Excel
Skilled in Data Analytics such as trend analysis, statistical process controls, and multivariate testing.
Desired Skills:
Knowledgeable in Agile processes
Ability to utilize JIRA for tracking software issues
Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
