Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Leadership
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest standard of service.

- Strategic Business Growth
- Uncover new business opportunities within your accounts, driving additional sales through upselling, cross-selling, and expanding service offerings.

- Review account performance, financials, and transactional data to provide insightful recommendations for improvements and growth.

- Assist in the development of strategic plans that align with client goals and help achieve both short-term and long-term business objectives.
- Effective Communication & Reporting
- Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders, including the Chief Revenue Officer, on account status, risks, and opportunities.

- Work closely with other teams like Project Management, Sales, Marketing, and IT to resolve any challenges and ensure smooth operations.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Support proposal writing, sales presentations, and client-facing materials that reflect the quality of our work.

- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies, contributing valuable insights for both clients and internal teams.

- Contribute to process improvements, helping to shape best practices that enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

- Experienced within the Healthcare sector strongly preferred
- Skills & Qualities:
- Ideally you bring fluency in both English and French, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
