Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified Geo-Synthetic Liner Superintendent to help us successfully complete our installation projects. The Superintendent will be responsible for directing on-site geomembrane/geotextile liner installation operations at jobsites across the United States. As the leader of our projects, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring employee safety, upholding quality and production objectives, and delivering on the promise of exceptional customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of site personnel.
- Collaborate with the project team and other contractors on the job site to establish safety, quality, and production requirements.
- Develop production schedules and prioritize, schedule, and delegate work assignments to the liner crew to ensure the timely completion of job site requirements.
Safety Leadership:
- Conduct comprehensive job site safety analyses and lead daily safety meetings with the liner construction crew.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental regulations, and various regulatory agencies.
Equipment and Maintenance Management:
- Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and vehicles, scheduling preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Geosynthetic Liner installation experience.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience leading a project team.
- Ability to travel to and work at remote job sites across the United States frequently (relocation to Waukesha, WI is not required).
