As we continue to grow rapidly, we are seeking a talented Senior UX/UI Product Designer to join our Growth and eCommerce team.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing user experiences and interfaces that engage and convert our customers. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing professionals to create visually stunning and user-friendly designs that amplify our brand and elevate our digital products.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design of user-centered experiences across websites and mobile applications, ensuring alignment with brand values and business goals.
Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and design specifications that communicate design intent effectively.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to gather insights and iterate on design solutions, improving the overall user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers, to implement designs and solve complex problems with a focus on user needs.
Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that promotes consistency, usability, and scalability across products.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate the user experience.
Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing to strategic discussions about product direction and feature sets.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in eCommerce or consumer product industries.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing past work, including case studies that highlight your design process and user-centered solutions.
Solid understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and responsive design best practices.
Experience conducting user research and applying insights into design decisions.
Ability to think critically and creatively, merging user needs with business objectives.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to advocate for user-centered design.
Familiarity with agile development processes and working in cross-functional teams.
Passion for personal care, grooming, and enhancing user experiences in the DTC landscape.
