We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our Shared Services team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for two key clients.. You will be responsible for assisting citizens and travelers by handling a variety of inquiries and ensuring exceptional service is provided. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving ability, and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for citizens calling regarding city services, including but not limited to:
- Police and emergency services
- Public Works issues (such as potholes, street repairs, etc.)
- Code Enforcement inquiries
- Other general city-related inquiries
- Provide accurate and timely information to callers regarding airport services, including:
- General airport information
- Airline and flight-related inquiries
- Baggage claim and lost and found
- TSA regulations and airport security
- Record and document inquiries, concerns, and service requests efficiently in the system.
- Collaborate with other departments and agencies to escalate or resolve complex issues.
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor in all interactions, particularly in high-stress situations.
- Meet or exceed established performance metrics and service levels.
- Stay informed on changes to city and airport policies, procedures, and services to provide up-to-date information.
