Customer Success Specialists – Remote (Must reside in North Carolina or Georgia)
for a progressive health and wellness client of ours. This role is pivotal in providing seamless technical support and operational assistance for enterprise healthcare clients and members.
Pay: $21.00 – $22.00 hourly
Start: April 21st
Schedule: Monday – Friday several shifts between 7:00 am – 7:00 pm
RESPONSBILITIES:
- Act as a bridge between sales, customer success, and operational teams
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and strengthen client relationships
- Serve as a point of contact for partners and provide guidance on program specific questions
- Oversee logistics for orders, exchanges, refunds, and warranty replacements
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues promptly and effectively
- Must have at least 3+ years of experience in a a Customer Success role
- Must have high speed internet and a dedicated workspace with minimal distractions
- Must possess strong troubleshooting abilities for software and hardware issues
- Must have proficiency navigating through CRM platforms and ticketing systems
- Must exhibit patience and empathy when working with customers
- Must be skilled at solving a wide array of problems while delivering excellent service
