Position: Outreach Operations Assistant
Reports to: Michelle Cooper
Overview
This part-time, remote Outreach Operations Assistant position reports to the Director of Outreach, Recruitment. This position is responsible for nurturing relationships with prospective students through phone calls and assisting with administrative tasks for the Office of Outreach.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Make phone calls to a variety of prospective students daily (average 20 calls a day)
Schedule admissions meetings with prospective students
Maintain campus tour and admissions meeting calendars
Assist with handling Outreach print materials and inventory
Assist with event entry and lead entry into Slate (CRM)
Assist with scheduling Student Shadow events
90% of work will be remote, with occasional days in the office
Other duties as assigned
Hours per week: 25 - 29
Qualifications Required
High School Diploma
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
Knowledge or interest in the fields of video game development, animation, or computer science
Experience with Slate or other CRM
Compensation: $20 - $22 per hour
