POSITION PURPOSE:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Mid-Level HR Business Partner to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR practices and principles, with the ability to manage various HR functions effectively. This role will support the HR department, in a matrix environment, in implementing policies, procedures, and programs that foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.

Experience
3-5 years of experience in an HR generalist role or similar position.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Operations knowledge of ADP, HRIS system, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus but not a requirement.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
HR Certification is a plus
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Assist in the recruitment process, assisting managers with writing effective job postings, partnering with managers with conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Focal point for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, EH&S and other areas within our area of support.
Liaison with corporate COE's and Functional areas to drive efficiencies, programs and training to support your assigned customers.
Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Facilitate employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and career growth, including workforce planning to align with current and future needs.
Address employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to both employees and management, with a risk management approach.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention strategies.
Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent.
SCOPE & EXPECTATIONS:
Ideally, this candidate would reside and work remotely in the area of the region they support.
Reports to: Regional Manager
Travel Requirements: Some out of town travel is required up to 25%
