Human Resources Generalist

About the Team & Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of HR experience, with expertise in recruiting, multi-state payroll processing, and benefits administration. This role requires a detail-oriented, resourceful professional who can manage various HR functions and support our growing team. Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.

What You’ll Do:
- Administer employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Process multi-state payroll, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Assist with benefits administration by managing programs, ensuring compliance and providing support top employees. Facilitate enrollments and maintenance of employee information, reconciling payroll deductions and providing support for employee questions and concerns.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Collaborate with leadership on HR strategies to support business goals.
- Maintain and update HR records, including personnel files and HRIS data.
- Assist in performance management, training initiatives, and employee engagement programs.
- Oversee daily office operations, including supplies management, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance. Serving as primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and external vendors.
- Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Support leadership and department heads with administrative tasks and special projects.
- 3-4 years of HR experience, including recruiting, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Experience handling multi-state payroll is required.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.
- Mandarin proficiency is preferred but not required.

Base pay for a successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is $60,000 - $90,000. This role is also eligible to participate in our discretionary bonus plan.
